Membership Agreement

Membership is approved entirely at eBet One's discretion. Submitting an application does not create membership and does not guarantee approval. Access to the platform is extended only to approved members.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old or of legal age in their jurisdiction, provide accurate personal and identity information, hold a valid active referral code (if referred by an existing member), and complete identity verification. eBet One may deny or revoke membership for any reason, including without a stated cause.

Referral codes are issued to trusted members and may be deactivated or flagged at any time. Members who refer applicants that engage in prohibited behavior will have their own membership and referral privileges suspended or revoked.

Applicants must submit government-issued identification, a selfie holding that identification, and, where available, proof of address. Documents are stored securely and used solely for verification and compliance purposes.

All deposits and withdrawals must originate from accounts or wallets the member controls. Third-party payments are prohibited. Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate suspension and termination of membership.

Members may not use bots or automated betting tools, operate multiple accounts, misrepresent their identity, collude with other players, exploit technical errors, or use VPN/proxy services to misrepresent their identity or location. See the Rules page for the full list. Failure to comply will result in immediate suspension and termination of membership.

eBet One may suspend or revoke membership at any time, with or without notice, for violation of this Agreement, the Terms of Service, or at its sole discretion in order to protect the integrity of the platform.

This Agreement may be updated from time to time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of the current version.
