These Terms govern use of the eBet One membership application platform (ebetone.com), including the application process, referral system, and admin review. They do not govern wagering activity, which is subject to separate terms on the sportsbook platform once membership is approved.

You confirm that all information provided in your application is true, that you are applying using your own identity, and that you will not submit information on behalf of another person. False or misleading information is grounds for immediate rejection or revocation of membership.

Submitting an application does not entitle you to membership or to any specific review timeline. Applications are reviewed manually and access is not guaranteed.

Identity documents submitted during verification are stored in private, access-controlled storage and are only viewable by authorized administrators through time-limited signed links. Documents are used solely for identity verification and fraud prevention.

eBet One communicates with applicants and members primarily through Telegram. By applying, you consent to being contacted regarding your application status.

You may not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to submit applications, attempt to create more than one application per person, or attempt to circumvent the referral or verification process.

eBet One is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your application, its review, or a decision to deny or revoke membership.

These Terms, together with the Membership Agreement and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and eBet One regarding the application process.
