When you apply for membership, we collect personal information (name, date of birth, country, city, email, phone, and optionally WhatsApp/Telegram/X handles), referral information, betting profile details, and identity verification documents (government-issued ID, a selfie holding that ID, and optionally proof of address).

2. How We Use Information

Information is used to evaluate your application, verify your identity, prevent fraud and abuse (including bots, multi-accounting, and chargeback abuse), calculate an internal risk assessment, and communicate a decision to you.

3. Document Storage

Identity documents are stored in private cloud storage and are never publicly accessible. Only authorized administrators may view them, via short-lived signed links generated on demand.

4. Data Retention

We retain application data and documents for as long as necessary to support the membership relationship, comply with legal obligations, and investigate fraud or abuse, even after an application is rejected.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers who support our infrastructure (such as database and storage hosting) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

6. Your Choices

You may contact us via Telegram to ask questions about the information you submitted. Because applications are not user accounts, self-service access or deletion tools are not currently available.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
